Laptop Returns (By Appointment Only)

Laptops for the Summer 2020 semester will be due 08/03/2020 for graduating students and those not registered for the Fall 2020 semester.  We encourage you to register for Fall classes to retain your laptop.

Laptops for Adjunct Faculty not teaching Fall 2020 will be due 08/06/2020.

Laptop returns are available by appointment only, to schedule an appointment contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@ltu.edu 

Information will be posted on ltu.edu/ehelp as well as published in the LTU newsletter.

Out of town students, or those who wish not to visit in person, can ship the laptops to us.

VPN/DUO Two-Factor Authentication Faculty/Staff and Students Accessing Team Shares Only

In our efforts to provide continuing cyber security improvements, LTU has implemented two-factor authentication (2FA) on several different systems for faculty and staff for LTU resources using a service called DUO. DUO is now required for two-factor authentication on many of our proprietary and business critical applications, including VPN, Banner Forms, Argos, Linux machines, connecting to network/share drives, and the list may grow.

eHelp 2019 Phone System Updates

Incorrect Time: The J-129 model phones may show an incorrect time, to fix this please reboot the phone. To reboot the phone, unplug the cable on the outside of the phone and then plug it back in. Rebooting takes about 10 minutes.
